Becoming A Contractor

While our properties are diverse and require many varied services, there are three main functional areas for which we constantly seek subcontractors: real estate sales/brokerage, property management, and property preservation and maintenance.

If you are interested in becoming a sub-contractor, please review our guidelines for local prospective partners, and complete our online application form. We have found that this is the fastest and most effective way for us to become aware of your interest and to get to know you and your background.  Please note that entering your information into the system is not a guarantee of an assignment.  Assignments will be given out based upon responsiveness, quality of work, and past success.

Once it is determined there is a need for local expertise in a specific area, we will use the prospective database as one of the tools to identify local professionals that fulfill the requirements.
